3. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

  • All appointments must be scheduled via our booking platform, Aesthetic Record.
  • A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid loss of deposit.
  • No-Shows or same-day cancellations will result in a $50 fee or forfeiture of your deposit.

4. Payment Policy

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay.
  • All fees for services and products must be paid in full at the time of service or checkout.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

5. Products & Refunds

  • We offer medical-grade skincare products and prescription-based weight loss injections.
  • All sales are final. Due to health and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on products or medications.

6. Photo & Video Release

  • With your signed consent, Luxe Haven Medspa may use your photos/videos for educational and marketing purposes (social media, website, etc.).
  • Participation is completely voluntary and will never impact your care.
  • You may withdraw consent in writing at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content (images, videos, logos, text) is the property of Luxe Haven Medspa or its licensors.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
